culture is horrible, do not do what they say, women are not a priority, caregivers are the least priority, campaigns for employer of choice is paid and does not reflect internal metrics as reported by employees, disproportionate amount leaders versus individual contributors, leaders are unqualified and not trained, extremely lean - not enough people to do the work expected; poor resources and systems, little to know clarity over roles or responsibilities across teams. everyone is working too fast to produce quality work or outcomes

This company is dysfunctional on a global scale. I was laid off during COVID after only 4 months, and put on all the projects in my area that had been failing for several years. Barely any training.
