      Decent Pay scale in Milwaukee area, many great co-workers.

      • High stress, no job security, unrealistic goals, Executive and senior management out of touch with reality, lack of support from management, many great people laid off, no long term strategy. • Redundant, complicated, out of touch processes, People are unhappy, not much talented people left in the organization, Age old tools and technologies used in the organization.
