      Pros

      I got to learn model-based software engineering in HVAC controls.

      Cons

      - Boss was extremely abusive verbally and sometimes physically. He kept saying that he saw nothing special in me and that he should have hired someone from a local university instead. - No recourse was available for the abusive boss, due to the backing he had from HR. - No recognition of difficulties I faced as a foreign worker on H1B - I had to skip a family member's funeral because of visa rules.

      Pros

      Location, coworkers are friendly, coffee machine that makes flavored drinks( yeah not many pros)

      Cons

      Metrics are a huge thing and it will always be about the bottom line. They don’t care about you they just care about the numbers and making as much money as possible. No recognition for anything.
