Reduced bonus payouts

Pros

Tactical level employees and leadership are fine

Cons

New CEO is out of touch. No salary inflation adjustments and actually had the gall to reduce everyone’s bonus payouts. Combine that with the tone deaf efforts to push people back into the office while continuing have overpriced and lackluster cafeteria food and bare bones amenities for employees. J&J is no longer a great place to work. Leadership likes to pontificate about culture when it is nothing more than lip service

Pros

Good overall salary + bonus package Dynamic Environment

Cons

Leadership today seems solely focused on making the shareholders happy; this translates in aggressive sales tactics, bordeline legal setups (talc cases moved to bankruptcy court) and limited respect for employees (which are seen as expendable)

Pros

The only pro about this place was leaving it.

Cons

Major management issues include incompetency, bullying, and cutthroat politics. A very slow-moving environment with significant gaps in processes, technology, training, and quality.
