They tell you your company/division is A++ then there is a sub par raise.

Smart people with whom to work.

Cons

Publicly held company, so the profit is the bottom line. Run using a spreadsheet for all companies; no room for specific industry or environment. Employees never get more than a 3% raise even when things are going extremely well. 1% for higher managers as "their bonus is greater since they make more."
