Good middle management with a high turnover, opposite problem in Senior management.

The middle management can be good, depending on which department you work at, but upper management is too concerned with working less to really be making a positive change to the company culture. Owner (CSI) is more preoccupied with acquisitions than maintaining the companies already under the wing.

Cons

Poor office culture Gossip brought on by no transparency Thinks it's a "big boy" company, isn't. Too splintered internally to do anything properly.
