Better than most Biglaw

Pros

There was not a huge focus on billable hours. Partners ranged from nice to rude, but most everyone was polite. Definitely a better work life balance than similar Biglaw firms.

Cons

They definitely don't pay market. But you are also not billing at the crazy high rates you would be at another Biglaw firm. Partners are not invested in your growth at all.
