Pros

They have competitive wages for the Healthcare industry and good benefits

Cons

Lots of turnover, which is normal in this industry. But also, constant process and organizational changes from leadership leaving you without a sense on consistency or stability.

Pros

Helping people who genuinely need it and for the most part appreciate it.

Cons

Supervisors are too busy to help and Leads seemingly don’t know what they are talking about or were at times unwilling to help. My coworkers were very gossipy and judgmental. They would constantly say rude and offensive things about patients and each other. The pay is also quite low which is probably why some didn’t want to do their job. Some people were only making $15/hr which isn’t even a living wage for one person.

Pros

Easy application process, beautiful building

Cons

No follow up, lack of communication, unprofessional, ghosting candidates. After being contacted by a recruiter to setup an interview, you will need to follow up multiple times before you actually get a date. Multiple rounds of interviews. Ghosting candidates—- no follow up or notification if you aren’t selected. If this is how they treat their candidates during a time when they should be convincing them to come work for you, I can’t imagine how they treat staff once they hook you in.
