      People clique up, unnecessary drama, directors/managers play the favorites game, if you are not a favorite- theres no opportunities for advancement, often held to unrealistic expectations, HR will NOT help or advocate for you, turn over rate is extremely high, employees are treated as disposable and are under appreciated

      The owner really cares about his people. The job is fun and you work with other passionate people. Quarterly bonuses (based on company performance),

      They have a tendency to be reactive instead of proactive which puts unnecessary stress on the employees, communication isn't the greatest, pay is a little low for expectations but all of those things are being worked on. No company is perfect.
