Cons
Corporate infrastructure creates roadblocks for local marketing efforts. The national website layout limits our ability to target and convert local audiences effectively—calls to action can’t be customized for franchise-level goals, and SEO is not locally optimized. On social media, particularly Facebook, there are strict naming conventions and page control restrictions that prevent consistent branding across platforms and limit agility in community engagement. Internal tools and systems are improving, but still sometimes feel disjointed, especially when juggling both corporate oversight and local innovation.
