Pros

The interview process was easy and pretty standard. It included an in-person interview, a background check and reference check. The hours are on an as needed basis.

Cons

You have to enter your hours on a computer to ensure getting paid.

Pros

College nannies and tutors has provided me with an opportunity to have a part time job while pursuing my college career! They are very flexible and work with your schedule. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very friendly and easy to talk to. I have enjoyed working with many different families and encourage others to try this company out if they enjoy working with kids and are seeking employment, whether it's full time or part time.

Pros

They are flexible and able to get you the level of job needed. There are also bonuses which are used as incentive as easy to get with a steady job.

Cons

Some of the families are very difficult to work with because they are too concerned with wealth and image. Not all families truly understand the dynamic of using an agency.
