Pros

Management is amazing! They are so understand when I am going through a tough time and work with me to be the best I can. Theres ton of flexibility in this job and the PTO is also a plus!

Cons

The commute can sometimes be far but nonetheless it’s not a deal breaker!

You can make your own schedule, once you find families that like you, you can get regular shifts with them, management is great and responsive

Cons

Sometimes it’s hard to find shifts or have multiple work days a week
