Pros

Jovie is great about advocating for Nannie’s, especially in needing time off, mental health days, or just time to recoup. Jovie is clear about stating comfortability levels in side the home. The objective is very clear with this job, if you like the kids and family, this job is a no brainer. This job commends community and communication in all forms. It’s truly the best in its field.

Cons

My one and only con is that we can double nanny! I.e for houses that have 4+ children I’d love to nanny with other Nannie’s. This job gets a little lonely having no coworkers around.

Working at this company has been a great experience, especially because of the amazing team members like Jovie, who make each day enjoyable and collaborative. The flexible scheduling has also been a huge plus, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Cons

Pay rate No health insurance We can be in trouble with Bight Horizons (who is partnered with Jovie) if we call out sick (but we literally get sick taking care of sick kids for them).
