Great employer initially, then they stopped caring about their employees health and well being.

Pros

Hours worked, position, benefits and bonuses from the residents who actually cared about the employees.

Cons

Willfuly and knowingly exposing employees and elderly residents to toxic materials such as asbestos and other construction dust. Expecting employees to work on a unit under construction and not cleaning up the construction materials or providing air purification to protect the employees and residents health.

Direct supervisor is exceptional Good starting pay Union representation in some positions Friendly and thankful residents Building is in the process of upgrading in many areas

Cons

Management turnover is increasing High stress environment Not a job for everybody due to the nature of the business Upper management often tries to implement half-baked ideas that inevitably fail Annual "bonus" is provided as a gift from the residents, not the company proper.
