There are very few positives about this

Cons

- Long hours that are unpaid - Really bad management decisions and practices - If you are not in the Chicago office it's impossible to prosper - Horrible non-compete policy

Pay is good but less than big tech They have good tech in some areas

Cons

Terrible wlb, arrogant traders No real direction for the firm, opaque hierarchy and minimal communication from higher ups No empathy, pretty cut throat inside even though they emphasise being kind
