Pros

Driven People Many different teams for various skillsets/interests New initiatives always going on Solid internship program Allows for driven people to shine

Cons

Drive also means hustle, and less resources if one falls behind and camaradarie. Easy for certain teams to be relatively isolated from other teams due to so many unrelated initiatives. Lack of a feeling of safety in employment.
