if you want to put skills on your resume, they'll make you do everything, everything, straight out of college. you won't get paid what you're worth tho and people will take credit for the work you did.
Cons
extremely profit-driven, management out of touch with daily workflow, try to cram so many patients into only a few slots, not enough staff hired to take on the patient load, overworked culture where the health staff doesn't even take lunch breaks or 10-min breaks
