      Pros

      If you enjoy helping people improve their health, this is a great place to make an impact. Work/life balance is really good. I felt as though my team really had my back and I could rely on my managers if I needed anything at all.

      Cons

      For every 10 really nice members you see, there’s always one rude member you have to deal with. Sometimes they treat you more like a business than a professional medical clinic.

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and patients. Rewarding work. Early hours but once you’re used to them it’s awesome. Everyone is extremely kind and really cares about what they’re doing. Never had better coworkers, it’s like a family. They also do yearly reviews and, if you do well, you’ll get a raise.

      Cons

      Low pay and not enough PTO. MCCs do so much, it is a challenging job that honestly very few people can excel at, they should get much higher pay. Upper management that don’t work in clinic doesn’t really take feedback from employees who work in clinic.
