      Rewarding job, worst management

      Pros

      Kind and supportive coworkers, rewarding relationships with patients, honest and scientifically-backed work when it comes to successful preventative care.

      Cons

      Every day you feel disrespected by upper management. They seem to have no interest in how the company actually runs and push numbers so hard that you see many employees sacrificing their own moral values and working without pay under the pressure. The turnaround rate is sky high because working here kills your self-respect and many hires are newly graduated practitioners just looking to acquire some experience. Unless you really stand up for yourself, you will be overworked and underpaid.

      Unorganized training

      Pros

      Other health coaches were supportive. Nutritional approach to weight loss was scientifically backed and successful.

      Cons

      The training was all over the place, making it nearly impossible to perform. Manager was unsupportive and demanded perfection as opposed to progress. Health coaches don't receive the acknowledgment and compensation they deserve. The social environment at the job felt unauthentic and exhausting.
