Pros

Flexible work environment, good pay, plenty of room for career advancement (either horizontally or vertically). Most importantly to me, is I feel like I am given "enough rope to hang myself". You have little micromanagement, and as long as you are doing a good job, additional responsibilities will be given you if you ask for them.

Cons

Poor benefits aside from salary (typical of a consulting company). Interdepartmental rivalries and bickering are common place. Little company direction information flows down from above.

Pros

Junction is a play that thrives on the success of its employees. The tools are in place to help each and every employee to grow. As the years have gone by the excitement has grown and the leadership has improved. Great organization!!

Cons

The only con would be the stereotype that consulting has in the business world. Without an understanding of a true partnership the client and partner cannot be successful. The con is a lot of organizations don't understand that Junction really does want to be a long term partner and success will be determined by both.
