not a lot of feedback from management, not focused on the future, but the here and now, concerned with bottom line and not on continued future growth

Pros

Working at JS was a challenging experience in a good way. I had a completely technical background as a software developer but as a technical consultant I had to be more dynamic and engaged with clients than I was used to in previous work. A good experience that broadened my horizons.

Cons

At times I wished for more technical challenges instead of client-specific problem solving. From a programming perspective, the job was easy and it was sometimes frustrating to deal with technically weak co workers. Also, Microsoft Dynamics AX is/was a dumpster fire.
