1. Travel 2. The Opportunity to see many different industries 3. Great co-workers 4. Upper level management is very hands on and engaged 5. Lots of opportunity for growth

Pros

Work/life balance: Sometimes travel can be a little much, but I've always felt the amount is average or below average for this line of work. It's also never hard to get time off. Accessible upper management: I've never felt like I couldn't contact anyone in the company if I needed to. Excellent coworkers: There's tons of great people to work with...plenty to learn from and plenty to teach.

Cons

I don't know what to do when I have nothing bad to say and I have to have 20 words minimum.

This company has a great environment where everyone contributes. The only stupid question is the one not asked. And you can always ask anyone for assistance.
