Not bad for college graduates

Pros

Easy training. Then you are on your own.

Cons

After a few months, you really know most of the work is redundant. Customer can really hire some freelancers to do the implementation on their own. Senior consultants and PMs are backstabbing each other. The sales team is really working hard.
