Decent pay, close to home

Cons

This is the most unsafe place that I’ve ever worked, you have to stop moving parts with your feet, smoking is allowed all over the plant and they discriminate if your not one of the likes ones your in trouble, Hr is terrible, the men act like females it’s terrible .

Pros

Excellent leadership, if you like direct and fast pace direction to help prepare you for a competitive work environment with quick teaching abilities this is a great place to get it. The hours are great along with the pay! Management allowed me to stand on my own two feet while still guiding me in the right direction. Im thankful for the opportunity I had to be mentored by the leader of the HR department.

Cons

Challenging at times due to lots of interruptions by employees.
