Pros

Unlimited over time, usw union, cool people, easy work

Cons

New management sucks, They no longer prompt managers from within instead they hired inexperienced or experience from a failed company to run this company. mandatory over time with very lil notice. Lowest paid aluminum manufacturer should definitely pay more. No room for promotion can't move past a operator position.

Pros

Good men on the floor that deserve a lot better!

Cons

No concerns for safety, amputation, degloving, death. Years of little concern of safety. Be prepared to be berated, screamed and cussed by some managers. Plant management continues to change the schedule at the last second so you can never make plans. Unless you put a lot of life insurance on yourself and want to leave a rich family behind, go work elsewhere where you know you’ll get a hug your kids at night.

Pros

I would have worked at Jupiter for over 4 years. I started off as an intern and worked my way up. I highly speak for all the shop people and the office personnel because I was treated with respect. Jupiter values my knowledge learning which kept on growing on daily basis because of the openness of the employees to the management personnel. highly recommend to people who are willing to work and feel they want to accomplish something for themselves and their family including Jupiter Family!

Cons

There are many changes that people think are bad, but in reality our goal should focus on how we can create more production not problems.
