Good men on the floor that deserve a lot better!
Cons
No concerns for safety, amputation, degloving, death. Years of little concern of safety. Be prepared to be berated, screamed and cussed by some managers. Plant management continues to change the schedule at the last second so you can never make plans. Unless you put a lot of life insurance on yourself and want to leave a rich family behind, go work elsewhere where you know you’ll get a hug your kids at night.
