Pros

Golf industry has its perks, you will meet interesting people among the membership, get to play the amazing courses, good resume builder. People in the industry know this place.

Cons

Can be pretty stuffy, kind of a Downton Abbey of the golf world. Very formal, more of a resort feel than a country club feel ... less personal. Not easy to connect with go-workers and bond as a team. As a staff member it's easy to feel nameless and faceless. Better place for a short term, seasonal stint.
