- management asking for help and input beyond entry pay level
- was expected to help train new employees at entry level pay
- lies about pay bonus structure
- mission statement is "to take down big kibble and dog food mega corporations" meanwhile they sold out to Nestle
- management turnover is high
- work and efficiency is measured in lbs/hr compared to how many kitchen workers on schedule. Daily recipes scale to always forcing workers to do the wrok output of an additional employee. For example: if 2 workers were on kitchen duty thre work output expected would be a 3x recipe, 3x packaging duties etc. No compensation ever for essentially wokring as if you were down an employee every day. They try to justify this with a "bonus structure" based around productivity. However, they misrepresent how the bonus is divided and entry level workers will see a tenth of what kitchen leads or manager's will receive.
