Some people care about the product and work hard to do what it takes for the company. Some sit back in a office and take credit for those that do work hard.

Cons

The company claims to "be transparent", but is not.

Not one pro; in the current job market - nothing good to say about this environment. A couple of nice people, yes, but all beaten down, fearful, and walking on eggshells because leadership is terrible and allows bad manager behavior to happen. People are berated and yelled when not performing to expected standards (keeping in mind everyone's duties changed with no training-just told to learn their new tasks on their own....(huh?)

Cons

A toxic hot mess. People being belittled and spoken down to in group meetings. No leadership evident whatsoever. Just yelling about deadlines without guidance. Finger pointing and time spent on blame instead of problem solving. True leaders solve problems - so if the problems are still pervasive after....6 months?? Guess what - leadership is not doing a good job.

Male dominated and "Leaders" who live in Fear

Great Mission, love of pets, horrible environment for people

Cons

CEO and Founder are sadly two peas in pod and literally BLOCK people who do not agree with them. Push them out. Treat them awfully and most of those people are women.
