      Very generous employee discount, changing pets lives, excellent products for pets, flexible time management

      Cons

      No growth structure, Benefits are mediocre at best, pay is low for amount of work and direct reports. You will be forced to work other roles outside your job description when they are short staffed on top of your current workload (Area Manager working as an hourly kitchen employee)
