Everyone had their own little que and kinda have to learn things on your own. Last manager didn't know what he was doing

Flexible with working hybrid & encouraged team bonding.

Cons

I had expressed a interest in a different role and was immediately shut down, had many changes with managers & VP's within the year I was working there and once you put in your 2 week notice they just ignore you and don't even care to wish you well on your last day, very disappointed in the company, just shows their lack of maturity.
