Revolving Door Culture, Lack of Communication from Management. Some great people who helped develop my career, but workload was uneven throughout departments.

Although experiencing lots of growth, it’s painful to watch from the inside. Very high turn over at all levels (entry level to executives). Poorly run HR department and extreme gaps in communication. It is true what they say, people don’t quit companies, they quit leaders.
