      it was alright then it got bad

      it was alright at first lots of employees and always busy

      it died down very quick, alot of people left and more work and less work was provided, things outside my job became a must

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at JFFD. I am so excited to be apart of an organization that is making an impact on the lives of pets, values my input and developing employees. JFFD is revolutionizing the pet food industry and if you're thinking about joining the team NOW is the time! They make it a point to hiring from within and with the expansion, there are multiple opportunities. I was blown away when the CEO knew me by name and genuinely asked how are things going. This was my 1st week working here! Excited to see what's ahead!

      Cons

      We are growing at such a fast pace and there are some bumps to be expected but nothing that causes any concern.
