Steady work, predictable hours. Decent pay. Potential to move up in the company it seems.

Cons

Understaffed, kind of stressful at times and overwhelming sometimes when working alone and it’s very busy. Quite complicated to learn the systems and processes. Surprisingly complex but you get the hang eventually.
