Crappy hours, work weekends, management could be better, shortages, and have to find your own clientele

Great mission, great product, but instability within the company.

Pros

Mission is admirable. Product is backed by science as the healthiest pet food on the market. The people are great. You get to pet A LOT of dogs. The CEO really believes in the mission, as do the direct supervisors.

Cons

Company suffered closures due to the pandemic and severance with retail distribution partners, and opted to lay off a large number of staff with very little warning. Leadership and workforce tend to have a high rate of turnover. Pay is adequate for some, but not most, as the bonus structure is insufficient by most standards. It's easy to get bored if you don't have a lot of customers.
