lots of changes going on and opportunities with the acquisition, overall very open culture at JG, where you feel valued as an employees, feel that you are part of something

There is no Micro Management. A lot of intelligent people and they are always willing to help

Cons

Flat structure makes career progression more difficult, this is not a problem unless you're looking to climb the ladder. This issue is currently being worked on
