Pros

A company with great intelligent people who all care about the end cause. Autonomous and trusting atmosphere - genuinely treated like an adult! Great office environment designed to suit different types of working HR team genuinely trying to improve communications

Cons

Leaders out of touch with most of the business Lack of clear career paths (this is only a con if you're looking to become a lead or manager)

There is no Micro Management. A lot of intelligent people and they are always willing to help

Cons

Flat structure makes career progression more difficult, this is not a problem unless you're looking to climb the ladder. This issue is currently being worked on
