      Talentless Engineering Management

      Good mix of people from various backgrounds. Decent pay and use of technologies

      Cons

      This is your classic case of managers having failed at being engineers, so they've moved into a vertical where they can at least 'look' as if they're doing something useful. It's your classic mates-with promotion structure and even selective managers will spend most of their time flirting with those engineers they consider the most attractive. There are plenty of far better companies in London especially if you're into .NET, don't add misery to your life by being tempted by an offer

      Sleazy recruiters and HR, full of themselves and dishonest. Dealing with their main recruiter felt like dealing with a sleazy scammer. Shame, as the people that actually do the work are really nice
