      A sense of purpose, ownership, opportunity to grow, innovation and smart & dedicated employees - all things you can expect at JG

      Cons

      You're often left to define your own role and how to progress and learn. This can be hard if you need guidance or aren't a natural self-starter.

      Pros

      Culture - I am trusted to do my job my way, I am judged on results not on hours at my desk, the way I look or the school I went to. I believe in the mission of the company and I believe that I can make an impact on the company - these two things mean I am absolutely engaged and committed to doing my best. I have very few problems being bored or disenchanted here. I have access to everyone, I can speak to anyone at any level, generally we all collaborate and help each other The office is amazing There is very little form filling or process rubbish, you just get stuff done your way My role evolves according to my needs and business needs, this means I can grow here and don't have to leave to get a payrise

      Inconsistent messages from management We tend to congratulate ourselves too much

      Remote staff support is poor

      Pros

      US staff were nice, culture and support is good.

      Cons

      Local IT staff were clicky and difficult. Local support for UK staff not directly connected with a UK team was non-existant. I left due to work place bullying.
