Pros
Great Teammates, Transparent and Mentor-like management, Great work-life balance. You will learn a ton and become an even better skilled employee/manager. I have worked for Juvo+ for a little more than half a year at this point and it has been one of the best decisions of my creative career. I love the mentorship from the management. It has allowed for growth within the marketing department and even more opportunities being given to people who want to make a difference. This is truly a company that is on the rise and I am happy to be on board with the marketing team that is making waves globally. Upper management is great and allows for collaborative ideas to affect real change in positive ways. Also, everyone that works in the marketing department is a joy to work with. Also the amount of PTO really allows for a healthy work-life balance that keeps everyone in the office fresh and motivated.
Cons
The work is repetitive but there is always ways to show what you are made of creatively.
