Pros

Good products with strong brand, excellent marketing. Good training and ongoing support for staff.Some very friendly people work here.

Cons

Carrot and stick management style with very little carrot. High turnover of staff, management bully certain employees on professional division and show an aggressive style to middle management.Generally unhappy workforce that fears speaking out for fear of reprisal.Worst company I have ever worked for.

Not a diverse company, hard to minority workers to fit in because of the "good ole boy" culture the company has.

Pros

The people are great and there is a type of a family feel at the company. Most employees have pride in the company and the products we produce. Benefits are also very good and company promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Cons

Pay is marginal and some managers micro manage, but definitely more pros than cons.
