The Good and The Bad

Pros

The students are incredibly sweet and the administration tries its best to be helpful.

Cons

The corporate side of Stride puts a lot undo expectations on the schools and they require constant rolling cohorts. That means that you will be getting new students added to your classes in May as well.

Pros

You don't have to worry about being in a physical location. It's nice to teach remotely.

Cons

We are constantly understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Students slip through the cracks, and the school is not able to provide the support that many students need in order to thrive.
