      Slow pace environment People seemed to be in the same position for a while, little growth opportunities upper management thinks they are better than everyone else

      Pros

      K12 has a truly creative mission and has the opportunity to do something really special. They hire very talented people and foster innovation and creativity. The atmosphere is collegiate and relazed.

      Cons

      There's absolutely no training, no onboarding process, and no project management. Deadlines are unrealistic, there are too many meetings, and senior management is disengaged.

      I like the people I work with! I like what I do! I like making a difference!

      Cons

      Unrealistic Deadlines and Expectations No pay raises in the past couple of years--not even cost of living Bonus? No opportunities for stocks and shares Terrible Senior Management that fails in being transparent and succeeds in terrible communcation with the rest of the company.
