Great work life balance, Can learn a lot and have ability to make a difference.

Cons

Executive mgt is like a private country club. One raise in last 4 years, bonus is a crap shoot every year regardless of company growth.

Pros: The company mission is the only pro.

Cons

Blame game, long hours, low pay, low morale, no career growth! Management only cares about the bottom line. Employees are undervalued, overworked and underpaid. You will be burnt out within a few weeks. Turnover is extremely high!
