Pros

The pay is good. A year ago, the company was very different than what it is today. Not so great anymore.

Cons

Incredibly disorganized, overpriced for what we offer. Kids run the place, frat boy club. Very few employees with true industry experience left.

Educator with Masters Degree

Pros

Working with students, families and staff.

Cons

The climate can feel hostile at times. Expectations are such that a person working on salary with a Masters Degree could be working as many as 60 hours or more per week without additional compensation. There is very little to no room for advancement. The teachers lack support in order to assist their students. The teachers often feel threatened rather than supported in their efforts to help students. There is no union or regular state pay scale. This is a virtual right to work program.
