      If 100% of hours are devoted to KAI clients, you don’t get much face time with coworkers outside of your own team.

      Remote work; flexible schedule; great co-workers; exciting initiatives as a growing company; work is achievable

      Cons

      Benefits could be improved. Focus is on hours worked for client, although professional development or life balance are touted, that's not what what occurs in practice. What matters is generating billable hours; fair, since that's the single revenue source, but it's demoralizing to know that's all your good for.
