      Great Benefits But Management Needs Improvement

      Pros

      They have great benefits, including highly subsidized health care and generous vacations. Most of the employees were friendly and seemed to be proud to work for a company that manufactures high quality medical equipment.

      Cons

      Employees are pressured to continue to improve their productivity year after year. If investment were made in new tools this might be reasonable, but as it is, many feel overly stressed.
