I didn't know it was possible to love logging in every day. I get to work on a team that I can lean into that challenges me and makes me better in my role. The hard benefits are as great as the soft ones.

Cons

It would be nice to see more cross collaboration between teams/brands.

- Hybrid - The people! I don't know how the HR team does it but honestly I haven't had such great co-corkers in a long time. - More vacation days than most companies

Cons

- A lot of work. It can be very demanding and you may end up bringing work back home. If this is a deal breaker for you, then I don't recommend.
