Pros

The office creates a great and professional community where people can interact with colleagues, not just to talk about work but enjoy time together through brunch, office lunch, after-work drinks and social events. The office management tries their best to communicate company / office updates and people's come and go with transparency and appreciation, which is something I really appreciate.

Cons

Compensation scheme is not very transparent and could be better clarified.

Pros

Although part of a big company, it feels small and intimate. Things move quickly, and you are given a real sense of ownership. Leadership and other stakeholders are always happy to talk and help where needed.

Cons

Benefits - RRSP match of 25% up to 1% total is way below any industry standard. This is the only thing that has disappointed me so far.
