Less stressful work environment, Good 401K match and big company with multiple locations who wants to move.

Cons

Judgemental manager don't care about employees at least the one who are onsite at DuPont. Bias attitude towards non-white employees and poor pay scale for them. A lot of bad politics involved. No new excited projects in this office.

Decent pay. Not the best but not the worst. Coworkers are friendly enough. Good 401k match, better than most places

Cons

All the work received/won by KBR is the same. Gets repetitive and boring after a while. Mid level managers are constantly micro managing which is frustrating. Management keeps making promises to clients that products/services can be done cheaper than they’re not which puts an unfair pressure on lower level employees to deliver. The benefits were cut from decent to terrible
